How do I access Member Information?
Only current homeowners of HCFPOA with an email address on file will be granted access. When you select Member Information and you are presented with the login screen for the first time, please select "New to this site? Sign Up". Please use the same email that is on file with the HCFPOA. Your initial request will be approved by our site administrator within 1-2 days. Once you receive access permission, please use the same email/password and method to login each time you wish to access this section.
Is there an HCFPOA community group chat? How can I join the group?
Please go to the Member Information section for the link to join the HCFPOA Community chat group. This chat group can helpful when neighbors are wondering if there is a cable or internet outage in the community. It also can be used for brief "does anyone know...." questions.
We're selling our home. Do we need to notify anyone in HCF?
Please send an email to hcfpoa@gmail.com if you are intending to sell your home as your closing attorney will need to contact us for a "Dues Paid" letter, which is required for closing.
We plan to rent our home. Do we need to notify anyone in HCF?
You do not need to notify anyone in HCF if you plan to rent, however you should ensure you comply with the Town of East Hampton rental registry guidelines. You may wish to let your immediate neighbors know as a courtesy.
